To celebrate 30 years of life and to ring in their next decade, friends Doug Campbell and Sloane Berrent have set out on an ambitious plan; have 7 birthday parties (SAN FRANCISCO DETAILS BELOW) to raise money for malaria nets for orphanages and refugee camps in Northern Ghana. They will accomplish this in conjunction with Netting Nations, a registered 501c3 organization.

It’s not just seven parties though. It’s seven parties in seven days in seven cities across America - AND ALL IN FORMAL WEAR! The ultimate online fundraising effort plus an offline rock n' roll party atmosphere.


Transparency Clause: Doug Campbell and Sloane Berrent have paid for their own plane tickets and are not taking any money nor benefiting financially from CauseItsMyBirthday.com. They created this campaign to raise awareness about malaria and to celebrate their birthdays, period.

Each city is competing for the highest combined donations, on and offline! 100% goes towards obtaining and delivering mosquito nets!
